Custodial/Grounds Assistant


Washington State University Everett seeks a full-time Custodian 1/Grounds & Nursery Services Specialist 1 to perform a variety of custodial, general maintenance functions and maintenance of grounds and landscaping.

Position is responsible for routine housekeeping and custodial duties and performing assigned grounds and landscaping maintenance work.

Required Qualifications: Ability to perform heavy, outside work in inclement weather; follow oral and written directions and one year of gardening or grounds keeping experience; OR equivalent education/experience.

Additional Requirements: Position requires the ability to perform heavy, outside work in inclement weather; follow oral and written directions.

Preferred Qualifications: One year of gardening or grounds keeping experience.
