Job Summary: This position will report to the Vice President of External Affairs and President of the TCC Foundation with a role in fundraising and relationship management to solicit and steward annual operational funds for the nation's only professional orchestra on a community college campus. The Signature Symphony provides annual season performances and has an Advisory Board.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Resource Development, Public Administration or a related field. Five years of related work experience. Familiarity with resources and current research in fund-raising, excellent interpersonal skills. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to lead the orchestra toward budgetary goals.
Preferred Qualifications: Raiser's Edge software experience or comparable software preferred. Strong presentation skills, AFP certification or other demonstration of fundraising skills or public relations, (APR) preferred. Five years of fundraising experience preferred.
Minimum Salary: Minimum starting salary: $64,306
