Responsible for the administration, planning, organizing and directing the activities of the Environmental Services Department and employees. Oversee department operations ensuring the casino complex including but not limited to casino floor, administrative offices, back of house and public areas are clean and sanitary for all guests and employees.
High school diploma/GED and six years previous experience in Environmental Services management or an appropriate combination of education and experience required. Exception can be made for education and experience for Internal Candidates. Prior Environmental Services management experience in gaming or hospitality is highly preferred.
Must be able to manage and train all levels of staff, to include following all company requirements for hiring, evaluating, coaching/counseling, performance management, and termination policies.
