Sunrise Services, Inc. is seeking caregivers for our Enhanced Services Facility! Join an amazing team atmosphere and make a true difference in the community!

We offer paid training towards HCA or CNA certification! Starts at $20.00, or negotiable depending on experience and certification.

About the Program:
Sunrise Services, Inc.’s Enhanced Services Facility (ESF) provides behavioral supports and treatment services for clients with severe mental health issues in our 16-bed facility. Our goal is to support our client’s efforts to live safe and independently in the community.

We are looking for Caregivers (HCA or CNA Caregiver) who have worked successfully with clients with challenging behaviors and who can assist them with daily living activities such as personal grooming, shopping, housekeeping and recreational outings.

Candidates need to be caring, patient, and reliable and must possess good communication skills and have knowledge of de-escalation techniques.

Job Requirements:
Requires ability to pass a criminal background check, good writing skills, attention to detail, and reliable transportation.

Washington State Driver's license strongly preferred.

CNA or HCA certifications preferred.
This position is located in Everett, WA.

Schedule:

Full-Time

11pm - 7am: Monday - Friday OR Wednesday - Sunday

3pm - 11pm: Monday - Friday OR Wednesday - Sunday

Compensation:

• $20 - $21.22/hour
• Wages are determined by applicable industry experience, education, and certifications/licensure.
