Structural Design Associates, a small structural engineering
firm in downtown Everett, seeks an experienced
Office Manager.

Qualifications include knowledge of/experience with:

  • Quickbooks
  • Outlook
  • Google Sheets
  • MS Office Products
  • Adobe PDF Editor

You will ideally be a non-smoker, able to lift 25 pounds, hardworking, highly ethical, dependable, able to handle workload with multiple interruptions, detail-oriented, organized with multi-tasking abilities, and strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities include completing proposals, processing payments, and daily operation procedures.

Shift: 8am-4:30pm.
