Office Assistant
Provide a high level of administrative support to our construction firm; first point of contact for visitors, preparing documents and other clerical duties to acting as liaison between clients, office staff and subs while facilitating project administration tasks.
Previous project management and knowledge of construction processes and estimating a plus. Minimum of 5 years clerical experience in business administration. Proficient with Microsoft Excel and strong IT troubleshooting skills is required.
Full Time, Monday-Friday.
