Joint Use and Permit Coordinator
$50,926 - $70,023 annually DOQ
Coordinates activities and documentation for the District’s Joint Use and Permit Programs. Assists the Joint Use Administrator to ensure compliance with the terms and conditions of the District’s Joint Use Agreement, Pole Attachment License Agreements, Master License Agreements, and various federal, state and local regulations and codes. Coordinates and documents activities necessary for obtaining construction permits on the District’s electrical existing and new infrastructure from various federal, state and local jurisdictions. Permitting: Processes Franchise/Permit/Use Agreement Acquisition or Applications for District electrical infrastructure and operations requirements to include; data collection and application preparation, and submitting and processing authorization documents received from the Agencies.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; and,
- Three (3) years’ experience performing duties supporting an engineering and/or customer service department
- Three (3) years utility experience performing duties supporting an engineering and/or customer service department.
- Completion of college level courses in basic computer concepts and applications, electrical design and/or fundamentals of electricity/engineering.
