Basic Responsibilities:
Primary responsibility is to fulfill the function of Public Records Officer, additionally provides professional, objective and timely legal analysis and supporting legal services to the Public Utility District of Snohomish County consistent with the professional obligations of public attorneys.
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience/Education:
- Doctor of Jurisprudence.
- Ten (10) years or more of legal experience including handling complex legal matters or litigation, including three (3) years in a supervisory capacity.
License or Certification:
- Attorney admitted to practice law in the State of Washington
- Valid Washington State Driver’s License
Working Conditions:
- Duties performed primarily in an office environment
- Frequent travel to business meetings is required
