We are recruiting for the Applications Analyst level and Senior Applications Analyst level. Title and salary will depend on qualifications.
Basic Responsibilities:
We are seeking an Application Analyst to play a key role in the enhancement and support for the SAP Meter to Cash solution. This individual will be an application analyst to customer facing business groups and will contribute to the design, delivery, enhancement and support of SAP applications, business solutions, & customer self-service solutions used throughout the District.
Minimum Qualifications:
Applications Analyst
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Business Administration, or related field; AND
• Two (2) years progressively more responsible programming and application systems experience.
Sr Applications Analyst
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Business Administration, or related field; AND
• Five (5) years progressively more responsible programming and application systems experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Two or more years of technical and functional experience in SAP configuration, design, and support in the ECC and CRM clients
• Knowledge of FICA (Contract Accounts) and IS-U SAP modules and experience working in Utilities industry highly preferred
• Expertise in multiple channels of Customer Self-Serve technologies.
• Vendor Management Experience
• Project Lead experience on tasks and initiatives of varying size and responsibility for coordination and overall project management
• Software project lifecycle experience including the requirements, design, development, testing, implementation, documentation and support phases
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong technical writing skills, teamwork, interpersonal skills, critical thinking and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a group and on individual tasks in a timing manner
