Property Manager
Looking to hire a Property Manager to manage a portfolio of single-family rentals in Snohomish County. Our office is in the City of Snohomish. The successful candidate must have strong organization skills, be detailed oriented and be a self-starter.
Qualifications:
Prior rental management experience preferred
Proficient computer skills, competence with Microsoft Word, Excel and Email communication
Excellent people skills
Valid driver’s license
Responsibilities
- Collection of unpaid rents and monies owed
- Timely respond to tenant concerns and problems
- Ensure tenant compliance with rules and regulations
- Respond to and schedule needed home repairs
- Respond to tenant emergencies when they arise
- Service of legal notices
- Rental move outs
- Getting vacant homes ready to be re-rented
- Advertising and showing of vacant homes
- Screening of new tenants and preparation of new leases
- Rental move ins
- Conduct annual inspections of each home
Job Type:
Full time with availability on some weekends.
Compensation – DOE plus mileage reimbursement
