We are seeking a full time Manager for the Autism clinic that will report to the Regional Director, Women's & Children's Services by overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Autism Program. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, have strong communication skills and enjoys working in a fast paced environment. The Manager will also be responsible for long term planning and growth, with an initial emphasis on program expansion.
In this position you will:
- Recruit, hire, train and supervise staff.
- Be accountable for all Human Resource management; initiates corrective or disciplinary actions for staff as determined necessary.
- Develop, maintain and enhance new and existing referrals and partnerships
- Assess opportunities for sustainable program growth; develop business case and collaborate with leaders to implement as approved.
- Be accountable for day to day operations and long term planning for Autism diagnostic and treatment programs. Supervise and provide clinical support to clients, staff and their teams to ensure the highest of quality services are being provided.
- Responsible for fiscal performance and management for the clinic; skilled in grant writing and management of existing grants.
Requirements:
- Master's Degree, in behavior analysis, psychology, special education, or behavioral science field -or-
- Ph.D. in behavior analysis, psychology, special education, or behavioral science field.
- Two years experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders and extensive education and experience in ABA (applied behavioral analysis).
- Supervisory, program development, and staff training experience.
- Grant writing and/or oversight of existing grants experience.
- BCBA Certification required.
