Director of Human Resources
DIRECTOR of
HUMAN RESOURCES
Under the leadership of the President, directs and coordinates human resources functions designed to support employees and the organization within the areas of recruitment / retention, benefits / compensation, employee / labor relations, professional training / development, performance management, employment law, and diversity / inclusion. Supervises HR Staff.
Responsibilities include the development and management of special events / project planning and departmental budgeting. Represents management in negotiating collective bargaining agreements. Serves as the grievance chair, chief negotiator, and Title IX Coordinator.
Master's degree in human resources management, organizational leadership, or related field; and 4-10 years of experience in human resources; OR equivalent combination of education and experience. Juris Doctorate preferred. Annual salary $80,063 - $88,664 may be negotiable based on preparation and / or experience. Competitive benefits with retirement plan options.
