We are a reputable construction company seeking an experienced Project Manager with expertise in reading blueprints to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in construction project management and possess the ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately. Bilingual if possible (Spanish).

Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee multiple construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered within budget, timeline, and quality standards.

Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to review and analyze project blueprints, specifications, and design documents.

Identify potential issues or discrepancies in blueprints and propose effective solutions.

Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets based on blueprint analysis.

Coordinate and communicate with all stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Monitor project progress, track milestones, and promptly address any deviations or delays.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards.

Prepare regular progress reports and update senior management on project status.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry

Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, design drawings, and specifications

Solid understanding of construction processes, materials, and systems

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.

Detail-oriented and analytical, with problem-solving capabilities

Proficiency in project management software and tools

Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Pay DOE: $25 - $40HR + Bonus/Commission
