Jireh is seeking reliable and hardworking Drivers/Laborers to join our team. Training is available for the right candidate along with potential to advance. Bilingual is a plus English/Spanish

The ideal candidate should have a valid driver's license and be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities:

• Drive company vehicles, such as trucks, trucks with trailer and 5-yard dump trucks to transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to job sites.

• Assist construction workers with manual labor tasks, such as lifting, carrying, and loading/unloading materials.

• Operate power tools and equipment, such as drills, saws, and hammers, as directed by the construction team.

• Follow safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.

• Maintain and clean company vehicles and equipment.

• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure project completion within deadlines and budgets.

• Complete required paperwork, such as delivery tickets, invoices, and logbooks, accurately and on time.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• At least 3 years of experience in driving/laboring

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in all weather conditions.

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends in summer.

• Knowledge of basic construction tools and equipment is a plus.
