Jireh is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in construction sales and a proven track record of generating leads, closing deals, and exceeding sales targets. Bilingual is a plus English/Spanish

Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and identify potential customers through research, networking, and marketing initiatives.

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences.

  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations (scope of work) and proposals to clients, outlining the benefits and features of our products and services.

  • Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring that the terms and conditions are favorable to both parties.

  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to develop customized solutions for clients.

  • Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • At least [2] years of experience in construction sales, with a proven track record of generating leads, closing deals, and exceeding sales targets.

  • Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and regulations

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends in summer.

  • Valid driver's license and clean record to drive company vehicles.
