Jireh is seeking a skilled, reliable and experienced Construction Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in construction, with a proven track record of leading and managing a team of workers. Training is available for the right candidate along with potential to advance. Bilingual is a plus English/Spanish
Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and supervise construction projects from start to finish.

Lead and manage a team of workers, including laborers, drivers, and equipment operators.

Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project completion within deadlines and budgets.

Monitor construction progress and quality and make necessary adjustments to ensure project success.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.

Maintain project documentation, such as daily reports, progress updates, and change orders.

Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience in construction, with a proven track record of leading and managing a team of workers.

Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and safety regulations

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends in summer when necessary.
