Jireh is seeking a skilled, reliable and experienced Construction Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in construction, with a proven track record of leading and managing a team of workers. Training is available for the right candidate along with potential to advance. Bilingual is a plus English/Spanish

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and supervise construction projects from start to finish.

  • Lead and manage a team of workers, including laborers, drivers, and equipment operators.

  • Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project completion within deadlines and budgets.

  • Monitor construction progress and quality and make necessary adjustments to ensure project success.

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.

  • Maintain project documentation, such as daily reports, progress updates, and change orders.

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in construction, with a proven track record of leading and managing a team of workers.

  • Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and safety regulations

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends in summer when necessary.
