Job Description:

Jireh Asphalt & Concrete is a well-established construction company specializing in asphalt and concrete services, including parking lot maintenance and improvements. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Traffic Paint and Striping Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying traffic paint, striping parking lots, and utilizing stencils to ensure accurate and professional markings.

Responsibilities:

Apply traffic paint using advanced techniques and state-of-the-art equipment.

Perform striping and restriping of parking lots with precision and attention to detail.

Utilize stencils to create clear and accurate markings for parking spaces, directional arrows, Handicap and other required signage.

Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards for traffic markings and signage.

Maintain and clean equipment used for traffic paint application and striping.

Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and to meet client expectations.

Always adhere to safety guidelines and procedures.

Requirements:

Previous experience in traffic paint application and stripping specifically in parking lot settings.

Proficient in using stencils for various markings.

Strong knowledge of parking lot striping and traffic control regulations.

Ability to operate and maintain relevant equipment, such as paint stripers, sprayers, and stencil machines.

Detail-oriented with excellent accuracy and precision in creating markings.

Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Reliable and punctual with a commitment to meeting project deadlines.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
