Position Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in bookkeeping and tax preparation, as well as a strong understanding of the financial needs specific to the construction industry. 

Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting tasks, including invoicing, payroll, and financial reporting. 
Prepare quarterly and annual tax returns, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
Collaborate with project managers to track job costs and profitability.
Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions.
Conduct periodic internal audits and prepare for external audits.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
CPA or other relevant certification is strongly preferred.
Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the construction industry.
Proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
