Summary of Duties and Responsibilities: This is a dual role within the Human Capital Division – System Administrator for our integrated talent management system (Cornerstone) and Talent Acquisition Coordinator. A strong candidate for this role is a resourceful, results oriented, self-motivated and creative with an ability to plan and organize, overcome objections, as well as receive and share difficult feedback, and ask probing questions. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: The Daily Grind – As the Talent System Administrator, you will support five modules within the Cornerstone system platform – Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Performance and Compensation. You will maintain database accuracy, groups and settings, configure, test, approve changes, ensure integration and data exchange between Cornerstone and external services, providers or platforms. As the Coordinator, you will perform administrative task to support our Talent Acquisition function. This includes sharing job postings to niche groups, following-up on assessments, interview scheduling and providing supporting documentation to hiring managers. You’re Part of a Team –In addition to working closely with Human Capital team members, you will also build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization and hiring managers. Special Projects – There are lots of opportunity to grow and develop here. From working on cross-functional projects to sharing the German American Bank opportunity with others in the community. You will take a deep dive into data to understand trends and present opportunities.
