Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
Receptionist / Administrative Assistant for General Contractor located in Burlington, WA. The successful candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and present a positive first impression of the company. Among a variety of tasks, duties will include answering and routing incoming phone calls, greeting visitors, processing incoming/outgoing mail, and providing clerical support for various departments within this busy organization as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or G.E.D., at least 3 years of experience as a member of support staff in a business office, and demonstrated competence in MS Office.
- Experience with MS PowerPoint and Adobe Design Suite is a plus.
- Any specialized software training and/or experience should be highlighted in the resume.
