Customer Care Specialist – Part Time

$18.68 Hourly


Community Transit is seeking to hire a Part-Time Customer Information Specialist.

Do you like assisting others? How would you like to be a part of a team that responds to inquiries from the general public regarding transit routes, schedules, lost and found items, and transit fares within the Snohomish County, METRO King County, Pierce Transit, Sound Transit and the Washington State Ferry systems?

The ideal applicant will have all of the minimum qualifications, strong customer service skills, enjoys working with a diverse group of customers

  • Two years experience in call center, customer service or other customer contact work experience
  • Ability to work between the hours of 5 a.m. and 9:30 p.m. seven days a week
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and related desktop applications and features.
