Description
We are currently interviewing Primary Care Physicians (IM, FM, FM-OB, PED) to join our team at Community Health Center of Snohomish County. Here, you will work alongside a Primary Care team, providing integrated, patient-centered care to our diverse population. What to Expect:
- With over 40 years of serving Snohomish County, we have deep roots in the community.
- Most of our clinics operate from 8 am to 7 pm. Providers typically work four 10-hour days.
- Our clinic sizes range from 4 to 10 physicians, allowing ample time for patient care with up to 40-minute visits for new or complex patients.
- Full-time providers see patients for 32 contact hours per week.
- Clinics are staffed with a Medical Assistant to Provider ratio of 1.5:1.

We offer affordable primary healthcare services, including medical, dental, physical therapy, and pharmacy. Compensation and Benefits:
- Base range from $167,785 to $194,104.65.
- Guaranteed incentive compensation of $18,000+ your first year. Years two (2) and beyond, eligible for incentive pay up to 14% of annual median compensation PLUS additional earning potential for production.
- Sign on and relocation bonus paid in full upon starting.

- 160 hours of PTO in the first year, plus 10 paid holidays.

Education and Training Requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- MD or DO from an accredited institution, and completion of an accredited residency program in your practice area (e.g., family practice, internal medicine, pediatrics).
Preferred:
- Specialized training in family practice, internal medicine, pediatrics, obstetrics, and prenatal care.
