We are seeking a qualified service department manager to join our team, full-time, at our corporate headquarters.
Location:
- Lynnwood, Washington
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for coordination and dispatch of field personnel to a customer base primarily, but not limited to, the Seattle/Puget Sound area
- Manage assigned personnel, direct service technicians, oversee field service work and visit job sites
- Troubleshoot problems, provide training, support field personnel in all facets of their daily duties; ensuring they have the equipment, training and licenses as necessary, or required
- As our branch service manager, you will participate in seminars, trade shows and factory-sponsored events, as needed
- Provide aftermarket sales proposals, solicit new customers and service contracts
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Responsible for departmental costs, profits, utilization of personnel and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree from 4-year college or university
- 1-2 years’ related experience and/or training or equivalent combination
- Valid driver’s license with no major infractions and must be insurable
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel and knowledge of integrated software desire
- Experience with boiler systems, HVAC systems, combustion technologies or mechanical system preferred
