Civil Design Engineer-in-Training
Opportunity: CIVIL EIT
CG Engineering has an opening for a Civil Design EIT in our Edmonds, WA office. The Civil Design EIT works closely with project managers and clients on residential and commercial site development projects. Our engineers gain expertise in storm drainage, water quality, and erosion control, site grading, and site utility design. Experience or course work in low-impact design, natural drainage systems, or sustainable site design is a plus.

Our civil and structural engineering teams tackle projects in the government, private and commercial development sectors, including but not limited to schools and churches, office and retail buildings, industrial buildings, single family residences and multifamily, town homes, apartments and senior housing, marine structures, retaining wall and shoring systems, seismic studies and more. We work in the telecommunication industry providing the design of data centers, central offices and wireless installations on roof tops, tower, and water tank installations. Our civil and structural engineers often collaborate on projects. We are licensed in 11 western states.
Qualification Requirements:
BS in Civil Engineering
EIT certification
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Working knowledge of AutoCAD
0-2 years of experience
