VP of Development and Strategic Partnerships

The Vice President of Development and Strategic Parnetships leads the identification, development and execution of growth strategies with a specific focus around value based care initiatives. This individual assesses joint ventures, strategic partnerships, and market opportunities.
This position is for a strategic thinker who possesses a track record of executing with demonstrated analytical, critical thinking and leadership abilities. The position identifies, develops and executes growth strategies, cultivates strategic and business planning, and leads market development and onboarding of strategic partnerships.
As a strategic thought leader, the role formulates system and entity-level strategies; identifies and develops growth opportunities; grows key services and service lines; assesses joint ventures, strategic partnerships, and market opportunities; conducts market, business and financial analytics; and interfaces cross-functionally with system executives and entity personnel.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and 10+ years of experience and/or training. Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of five years' seniro leadership experience covering a diverse socio-economic workforce
- Expertise in two or more health management areas, including population health management, network management, quality, analytics, value based cased, and/or compliance
