The Alderwood Water & Wastewater District’s (AWWD) mission is to provide clean, reliable water and wastewater services for a healthy community. Spanning 45 square miles in southwest Snohomish County, the District is the largest special purpose water/wastewater District in the State of Washington.

The Opportunity: Asset Manager
Come join us as AWWD's first Asset Manager. This newly created position will report to the General Manager as a member of the District's Management Team responsible for helping us to achieve our mission, vision and values through the development and implementation of the District's asset management program.
AWWD is developing an asset management program from the ground up. We will be crafting resources, tools, processes, and learning opportunities to help maximize the value of decisions regarding our water and wastewater assets. In this role you will lead the implementation and continuous improvement of AWWD's asset management program. You will lead the development of asset management plans and strategies that will play a significant role in achieving AWWD’s goals as stated in the District's Strategic Plan and Living Plan, by guiding our CIP and annual maintenance programs.

The pay range for this position is $75,048 - $100,572 annually, dependent upon experience and qualifications.
