Provides leadership, technical guidance and day-to-day supervision to staff within the Customer Care divisions (RideStore, Distribution, and Call Center). The Customer Care Supervisor will create, maintain and inspire a customer-first focus within an environment of employee success. Advocate on behalf of the customer during business engagement. Creates a optimize systems and processes to ensure Customer Care Representatives and have the knowledge and tools to exceed the customer’s expectations. Has the overall responsibility to ensure customer’s needs are net through reliable and accessible service.
The ideal applicant will have all of the minimum qualifications, strong customer service skills, enjoys working with a diverse group of customers
Five years progressively increasing experience in a direct, customer-focused, call center or retail management role. A Bachelor’s degree may substitute for 2 years of progressively increasing experience.
Four years of experience in problem solving and conflict resolution.
Four years of experience leading work groups or teams.
Three years of experience in reconciling sales.
One year of experience using social media in a professional setting.
Current Washington Driver’s license.
